This has very healthy down to earth goodness. I learned new ways to combine things and it helped me when I was planning my garden to have ideas of what to plant.
Great cook book, pretty and bright. Makes a great decor piece on my counter top. The recipes are easy to follow and have all been delicious! Bon appétit!
Nice little cookbook. Vibrant is the word, pictures are great and glad I ordered it.
Recipes are absolutely delicious. I own many cookbooks and this is definitely in my top three. Super healthy and tasty. All recipes have a picture so you at least know what it's suppose to look like :)
The recipes are amazing, and it's nice to have seasonal food choices. The only thing is that in order to do many of these recipes, they're not cheap (but everything is organic, and that is worth the extra $$). The rhubarb ginger fizz is now a favorite drink of mine & my friends

Vibrant Food is beyond gorgeous. Kimberley Hasselbrink's beautiful photography and delicious, seasonal, & wholesome recipes make this book one of my absolute favorites. Make the candied ginger granola, smoky red pepper soup, or coconut seafood chowder and find yourself in food heaven. Highly recommended!
